The Rock Star Package has been designed with flexibility in mind. You have the choice of a variable rate loan, a fixed rate loan or the convenience of a line of credit. Combine the special discounts with the ability to make extra payments# and the benefit of a 100% offset account^, or a Package Deposit Account that pays interest on the whole balance that can be attached to any fixed interest portion of the loan and you have a loan that helps you to own your home sooner.
For only $350 per year (Annual Package Fee) and minimum Rock Home Loan borrowings of $100,000 you too can receive the benefits of a Rock Star Package.

You can choose between a discounted variable rate or locking in your repayments with either a market-leading 1, 2, 3 or 5 year fixed rate. These great rates will apply for the life of your Rock Star loan and are available for new borrowings of at least $100,000.
Rock Star features include up to two 100% mortgage offset accounts^, or a Package Deposit Account that pays interest on the whole balance that can be attached to any fixed interest portion of the loan; up to six loan splits; no monthly fee; and additional payments with no penalty.#

Standard Variable Options*
A discounted rate of 1.00% p.a less than the Standard Variable rate is available for new loan borrowings over $250,000 for the life of the loan. A discounted rate of 0.70% p.a less than the Standard Variable rate is available to new loan borrowings of $100,000 - $249,999 for the life of the loan.
